I am a certified Spanish interpreter with credentials from both national certification boards and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. I also hold a Court Interpretation and Translation Certificate from UCLA Extension.
I founded AccessBridge because I believe language has the power to connect people and communities. As CEO, I take pride in creating a supportive environment where interpreters can grow and make a real impact.
What inspired me to become an interpreter is my desire to make a difference in people’s lives and help them be heard and understood.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing padel, staying active, and connecting with people through teamwork and shared purpose.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in English and Business Administration from the University of Florida and bring more than 20 years of operational leadership experience in the communication access industry. I currently serve as Vice President of Operations at AccessBridge, where I focus on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency through process optimization, and developing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
What keeps me invested at AccessBridge is that we’re mission-driven and people-first, committed to serving communities while continually improving how we operate. I love partnering with talented teams to remove obstacles, strengthen systems and processes, and create a culture where people can do their best work and our clients can count on consistent, high-quality service.

I have 19 years of experience as a translator of French and Spanish into English and 17 years of experience in translation and localization operations and account management. Additionally, I’ve taught at Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Translation & Localization Management.
At AccessBridge, I am Director of Translation. What draws me to this work is being part of something that matters, whether it’s helping a Limited English Proficiency individual or family understand what’s being discussed and planned, or making sure legal parties get a fair trial.
In addition to language, I am also a photographer. I am a philately, vexillology, and numismatics enthusiast, and an avid student of philosophy and Asian American history.

I originally studied Public Accounting in Montevideo, Uruguay, then discovered a passion for data analysis and began combining the two, using AI tools to push my work and insights further. As Accounts Receivable Specialist at AccessBridge, I make sure the company gets paid accurately and on time for the services it provides.
What I love about working at AccessBridge is being surrounded by people who genuinely care, about the work and about each other. Everyone pulls toward the same goal, and there is always someone ready to help. I earned a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Film. My favorite part was the excitement of storytelling, but I soon found I was drawn to helping communities through interpreting and translation. That curiosity led me to work with universities and colleges where I could put my bilingual skills to use.
As Vendor Manager at AccessBridge, I help ensure all processes are followed, recruit linguists as needed, and assist with vendor communications. I like working with people I can learn from every day, and I get to do that here.

This role lets me combine my passion for languages with meaningful cultural connection in a collaborative environment.
My multicultural background, growing up in a Vietnamese and Spanish family in France, inspired me to pursue interpreting and gave me a deep appreciation for language and communication.

I started working as an interpreting scheduler in 2022. Most of my experience has been supporting onsite interpreters for medical appointments, primarily for clients based in Los Angeles and Seattle. My day-to-day focus is to be the bridge between clients and interpreters and to make sure
consumers receive the highest standard of service.
I joined this industry because I’m passionate about communication and I’m currently studying in that field. I value the important role interpretation plays in helping people access essential services. I love working with my team at AccessBridge, and I’m incredibly grateful. At AccessBridge, I manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they can support our operational needs efficiently and reliably.
Language has been my professional calling since I graduated from high school, and it has shaped every step of my career. What draws me to AccessBridge is the combination of meaningful work, a genuinely collaborative team, and the steady stream of new challenges that keep me growing.
