AccessBridge works with highly qualified independent contractors who bring professional credentials, subject-matter depth, and a commitment to the communities we serve. We are actively recruiting interpreters, translators, CART captionists, and transcriptionists across the following specializations:
Who we’re looking for:
- Spoken language interpreters for legal, education, healthcare, and nonprofit settings
- ASL interpreters — RID certification strongly preferred
- CART captionists and real-time stenographers
- Translators and MTPE post-editors across major language pairs
- Transcriptionists with legal or medical subject-matter experience
Minimum requirements:
- Two years of professional experience in your field — no exceptions
- Demonstrated subject-matter competence in at least one of our core sectors
- Active professional certification preferred — RID, ATA, court interpreter credential, CCHI, CMI, or equivalent
Location: On-site interpreting assignments are available to contractors based in California. Remote assignments — CART, OPI, VRI, translation, and transcription — are open to qualified professionals globally.
