Payment FAQs
We value our linguists and the work they do. Our payment process is transparent and clear. Below you’ll find our payment schedules and quick answers to the most common questions about our systems and policies.
Interpreters and CART providers are paid twice a month, based on the cut-off periods listed in the payment schedule above. Translators are paid once a month, based on the cut-off periods listed in the payment schedule above. Payment dates may shift slightly due to weekends or federal holidays. For exact dates, please refer to the tables above.
For periods with a holiday, please expect 2 additional days for processing. If a payment date falls on a weekend, the payment will be processed on the next business day. For exact dates, please refer to the tables above.
Any additional expenses related to the project must be pre-approved by your AccessBridge Project Manager. If you require mileage and other expenses, please let your Project Manager know so they can determine approval. If the Project Manager approves the expenses, then the expenses will be added to your invoice.
Parking expenses do not require pre-approval, just send your receipt when reporting the ending time. Parking expenses without receipts will not be reimbursed.
Send us an email with the ending time of each job no later than the end of the same day of the assignment. Without the ending time, we will not be able to close the jobs, which will cause delays ininvoices and payments.
